A fun fall card

For this card I wanted to make a Fall themed card. I cut a piece of Kraft card stock into an A2 size card and embossed it with a polka dot embossing folder. Then I cut a piece of burlap and cut the end into a banner. Then I cut a piece of brown card stock 2 1/2 by 5 inches. I used a Close To My Heart stamp and stamped it in Versa Mark. Then I poured gold, green, and purple embossing powder on the stamped image and heated it with a heat tool. Then I matted the brown card stock with green card stock and put foam on the back of it to pop it up. I also placed it slightly above the card base. Then I wrapped brown hemp cord around and tied it in a bow. I hope you enjoyed the card! Thanks for stopping by have a great day!

Halloween card

For my Halloween card I started off with a piece of black card stock cut at 8 1/2 by 5 1/2 for a side step card and I scored it at the 2 inch mark on the 5 1/2 inch side, then scored it on the opposite side at 2 1/4, 4 1/4,5 1/2, 6 1/2, and 7 1/2 Then on the 2 inch score line cut from the 2 1/4 score line to the 6 1/2 score line. For the green and star paper I just cut a hair shorter than the last cut I'm not real good with measurements but I will get the hang of it someday hehe. The banner is a piece of 1 inch gray card stock.I got the stamp set from Michaels and I stamped everything out with versamark and embossed it all with black embossing powder and colored the moon with a dark yellow marker and the haunted house with a light yellow marker and the pumpkins with orange. For the 'Happy Halloween' banner I used purple and green markers. For the bats I wanted their eyes to stand out so I used ranger white enamel accents, then dotted it with a black marker. I cut them out and used acetate strips to make them look like they are floating and adhered them with foam squares. Thanks for stopping by to see what I made I hope you enjoyed the card and have a great day!
