Close To My Heart card for a job well done

I made this card with scraps left over from the Chalk It Up workshops on the Go kit from Close To My Heart. I also used the 3D stickers from the kit and the 'Great Job' stamp from the Everyday Life stamp set from Close To My Heart.

I hope you enjoy the card and have a great day.

Close To My Heart Chalk it up Workshops on the go 12 x 12 page.

I made a 12" x 12" scrapbook page using a Close To My Heart 'Chalk It Up' Workshops on the Go kit. I used the designer paper for the background and then I cut a piece of Flaxen cardstock at
11 1/4" x 11 1/4" and two smaller pieces cut at 3 3/4" x 4 1/2" and one cut at 4" x 4 1/2".
Then I cut a piece of Lagoon cardstock 5" x 10 3/4" and a small piece of  Lagoon cut at 4 1/2" x 4 1/2" and I matted them with more of the designer paper. I gave them a 1/4" border. I used the 3D stickers and the "Too Cool For School" stamp from the kit but I masked off the end as I just wanted it to say "Too Cool". I stamped the text in black ink and I stamped the stars in black, Flaxen, and Sorbet inks from Close To My Heart.

I hope you enjoy the scrapbooking page and have a great day.

A fun fall card

For this card I wanted to make a Fall themed card. I cut a piece of Kraft card stock into an A2 size card and embossed it with a polka dot embossing folder. Then I cut a piece of burlap and cut the end into a banner. Then I cut a piece of brown card stock 2 1/2 by 5 inches. I used a Close To My Heart stamp and stamped it in Versa Mark. Then I poured gold, green, and purple embossing powder on the stamped image and heated it with a heat tool. Then I matted the brown card stock with green card stock and put foam on the back of it to pop it up. I also placed it slightly above the card base. Then I wrapped brown hemp cord around and tied it in a bow. I hope you enjoyed the card! Thanks for stopping by have a great day!

Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the day!

Halloween card

For my Halloween card I started off with a piece of black card stock cut at 8 1/2 by 5 1/2 for a side step card and I scored it at the 2 inch mark on the 5 1/2 inch side, then scored it on the opposite side at 2 1/4, 4 1/4,5 1/2, 6 1/2, and 7 1/2 Then on the 2 inch score line cut from the 2 1/4 score line to the 6 1/2 score line. For the green and star paper I just cut a hair shorter than the last cut I'm not real good with measurements but I will get the hang of it someday hehe. The banner is a piece of 1 inch gray card stock.I got the stamp set from Michaels and I stamped everything out with versamark and embossed it all with black embossing powder and colored the moon with a dark yellow marker and the haunted house with a light yellow marker and the pumpkins with orange. For the 'Happy Halloween' banner I used purple and green markers. For the bats I wanted their eyes to stand out so I used ranger white enamel accents, then dotted it with a black marker. I cut them out and used acetate strips to make them look like they are floating and adhered them with foam squares. Thanks for stopping by to see what I made I hope you enjoyed the card and have a great day!
